Can the Playground can be customized?

Yes. Plz send us a CAD file or a simple drawing of your play area with precise dimensions, ans let us know the color, theme and so forth that you prefer.

What’s the main material of playground?

The main material of playground is galvanized Pipe and Plastic part,Metal, Steel, other. we use imported LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) as raw material.

Do you provide Technicians service ?

Yes, we offer technical support to customers,our technicians can go to different countries to install the games and solve their problems if needed.

Are there any limits about the height? How high do you usually make? Will it be dangerous if we make it higher than the normal?

The height depends on the area size of your place. We must leave 30cm from the ceiling. Normally, we make two floors 2.8m while three floors 4.1m.If we have the space to make it higher, it’s also possible and won’t be dangerous.

Is it difficult to install? Do you have installation manual? Or do you send your own workers over to help install the Indoor Playgound ? What's the cost?

The installtion manual will be sent when the Indoor Playground is completed. If you found it difficult to install and asked us for help, we'll be glad to be at your service. The installation cost will be stated clearly in our sales contract.
